Having worked together for the best part of a decade, Carlo & Jonny's main role was working closely with all types of clients, bringing their properties or developments to the market and then monitoring the process through to completion. Leading a team they gained instructions which generated fees in excess of £4m. Carlo Nasti, Director
Carlo is a New Homes specialist and has a wealth of experience working with individual clients and large portfolios. Carlo also has a strong background in business generation, starting his career in 2007 at Foxtons and then moving to Carter Jonas. At Carter Jonas his role developed into selling the New Homes developments he had brought to market and he was promoted to an Associate at the firm. During his tenure at Carter Jonas he gained Instructions and sales fees that generated over £1.2m. Being a founder partner of Capital Homes International Carlo is integral with all transactions within the firm.
Jonny Keightley, Director
Jonny has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Retail from Oxford Brookes University and specialises in Residential Sales and Business Generation. Jonny started working in the property industry in 2011, during which time he has generated over 500 sales Instructions for Carter Jonas which helped to earn more than £1.35m in fees for the company. Due to his successful work for the firm he was promoted to an Associate Partner and managed a team of five people. As a founding partner at Capital Homes International Jonny works with Carlo across all aspects of the company.
